We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, all delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates 

1)Delays and Lost Packages
N-DOT  is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. In case of lost or delayed packages, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot be held liable for delays once the package is in the hands of the courier.

2. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment in such cases.

3. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not liable for any delays or issues related to customs clearance.

5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement until the investigation is completed.
